Company History

In 1972 Jerry Bauscher founded Bauscher Construction with one simple but important goal, "To provide the highest level of quality with an unquestionable level of honesty and integrity." For over 35 years and two generations Bauscher Construction has been doing just that. In an industry where companies routinely come and go we have been building relationships with our clients and our community through our commitment to that original vision.

Now Bauscher Construction is in it's second generation and being led by Paul Bauscher since 1997. While the company has grown and project types expanded the same core beliefs and commitment to treating our clients as part of our family still remain paramount. We have no interest in being the biggest remodeling company in town, only the best!

Project Management

The best way to deliver a high level of attention to detail is to deliver a large amount of attention! By employing an onsite project management, we make sure you have ready access to the person who knows the status of every aspect of your project. Your personal Project Manager not only leads our excellent team of carpenters, he also watches over your project to the smallest detail. When you work with Bauscher Construction you don't "track down" the person responsible for your project, you have coffee with him in the morning. This extremely open form of communication will keep you up to date on our progress and make sure you are involved the decisions that will make your home uniquely yours.

Solutions for Every Issue

Because we take a very systematic approach to the production of your project we are able to reduce or eliminate the surprises that are inherent to a remodeling project.  From selecting the products to customize your project to handling a change you may decide to make, our systems will make your project run in a smooth and predictable way. Surprises are nice on your birthday...not when you're remodeling your home.

Commitment to Our Community

Just as we all have a responsibility to be a good neighbor, here at Bauscher Construction we believe we have a responsibility to our community in the remodeling industry.  We are proud members of the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, and the National Kitchen and Bath Association.  Along with these organizations, we are committed to constantly improving the professionalism of the remodeling industry. Bauscher Construction is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, the Clermont County Chamber of Commerce, and the Loveland Chamber of Commerce.  Being a responsible member of the local business community is an important part of what we do.

Like any good neighbor, Bauscher Construction works to help the community we serve. Through our teamwork with the Green Township Professional Firefighters Local 2927 we have raised over $20,000 for local charities. Our annual golf outing is one of the largest of its kind in the area and continues to grow every year.
