Your personal Project Manager will keep you informed and work with you to complete your project with the least amount of disruption possible. With a prewritten schedule and proactive communication we will work to keep you informed every step of the way. You will always know what is going on and when.

With proper and thorough upfront planning your remodeling project will proceed with professional direction and management. There will likely be decisions and options that our team will discuss with you along the way and we'll give you every opportunity to make everything exactly the way you want it.

In addition to an overall schedule, your Project Manager will also provide you with a written weekly update that will take the guesswork and anxiety out of wondering who to expect in your home and when. We recognize and respect that you are inviting us into your home for the duration of your remodeling process.  We'll make every effort to treat your home like a your home, not like a construction site.

Dust Containment & Clean Up

Our team will sweep up the remodeling work areas EVERY DAY! This not only ensures that you won't live in a giant dust cloud, but it also ensures that your family and our team have a safe environment. Debris will be removed from your home on a continual basis to make certain that you never have trash laying around your yard or home.  

When we're all finished we'll bring in our maid service to leave your home in move-in condition! We want you to start enjoying your newly remodeled home, not start cleaning it.
