From floor to ceiling to the kitchen sink, our team will make every exceptional detail reflect your personality and style. We won't just send you on your way to "tell us what you want". We'll work with you to make sure that all of the pieces work together and fit together!  

Typically we'll start your selection process with items like cabinetry that have a longer lead time. That way they can be ordered and the other items can be selected while we're waiting for them to arrive. Then other items like faucets, tile, flooring, and paint can be made since their lead times are generally much shorter.  

How will selecting these items impact my project schedule? 

Depending on the project size and scope we may wait until all of the items that are needed are either in town or we have a good hard date for when they will be. What we don't want to do is have your project at a stand still waiting for products to arrive. With everything on hand the workflow will be smooth and predictable.  

What are allownaces? 

Allowances are pricing place holders that are included in almost all project pricing. These place holders are used for items that must be selected by you, so the exact price of these items is unknown. Since there prices represent variable costs in your project we'll want to keep them to a minimum.
