As the company's second-generation leader Paul's first priority is maintaining the high standards of ethics and integrity Cincinnati remodeling community that were established at Bauscher Construction over a quarter century ago. As a member of the board of directors of the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), Paul is constantly working to raise the bar for the Cincinnati remodeling community. He has earned a Green Certified Professional (GCP) and a Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) certification from NARI.
